It was cold and windy this year, so we didn't really get a good picture, but we got one. And thats all that matters. Heres the whole family.... can you imagine vacation???? FUN FUN

Church egg hunt

And I had the easiest job of all.. I held baby Cabot most of the egg hunt so her mom could help her brother Alec. She is such a happy baby, I had the best time holding and feeding her.
think they were trading eggs
Silly girl Anna Grace
Everyone hunting....

I don't even think ALL the kids were in this picture!!!
Looks like a little ole couple rocking on front porch.. These two cousins are like peas and carrots when they are together.

While the grown ups hid eggs in the back yard, Aunt Missy read stories.. and below is how well Cameron listened to story....

Once again this year we had the church Easter egg hunt at my sister in law, Meredith's house. Seems like there were alot more kids this year than last. It was fun to be had by all! The kids played, found eggs, ate hot dogs and chips and played some more. Everyone found a ton of eggs, there must have been 1000 eggs hid in the yard. I am sure that Meredith will find eggs for a while when they do yard work!

Bon Jovi pictures....

Thats my girls from work, Mitzi(in back) Jenine(sorry, I don't know how to spell her name, but will correct it monday) Sharon and myself. This was at midnight, when the concert was over.. we were a bit tired!

Alright, it has only taken me a week to get the software loaded on my laptop to be able to make my Bon Jovi pictures small enough to post on my blog.....so finally.................here they are!!! The man looks better with age. And even better in person. We were close enough that I could have reached out and touched him, but I was afraid that the security guards would tackle me to the ground and throw me out the coliseum... didn't want to risk missing the rest of the concert. So I just drooled from the front row..... Oh and did I mention that Chris Daughtry opened for Bon Jovi??? It was a night to dream for.....

Myself and some girlfriends took a road trip sunday to Greensboro, sat on the the front row to see Chris Daughtry and Bon Jovi!!! It was awesome! Money well spent. The show was great. We were so close that he could have slung his sweat on us! I took almost 200 pictures that night... here are a few pictures!

Quiet kids is never good......

Hows that old saying go? "If the kids are quiet, they are doing something they shouldn't" I am here to say that it is very true. We were sitting around sunday morning in the den, attempting to get things ready to home. The girls were in the bedroom and it was very quiet, so Missy went to check on them. Heres what she found................ unfortunatly I didn't get a picture of Sara Abbett all made up. So I put one of her, with her tiara on of course!

More about girls weekend...

We also danced the night away saturday night. We turned up the music, opened the doors and probably scared the pizza man to death! He said it wasn't our usual quite weekend, thats how well he knows us. Did I forget to mention that we tried gymnastics and wrestling? The girls got the tiaras at Broadway saturday morning, they were worn all weekend long. And not just by the kids!!!! It was great to be with my in laws and the girls. We did some good bonding and laughing. We always have a great time together, and I am lucky to be apart of their family.

GIRLS WEEKEND AT BEACH!!

For the several years Missy, Meredith, Diane and myself have taken a girls weekend at the beach. We have the most fun! We eat, drink, shop, play cards, sleep late and eat some more! This year we decided to take another weekend and take all the little girls. We didn't get to shop as much, but it was still much fun and plan to do it again next year. These are some pictures from Saturday. The weather was nice, a little windy but the water was very cold. The girls insisted on rolling up their pants and getting their feet wet.

Laundry Basket Fun!!!!

I had finished folding clothes one night and the kids thought it would be fun to pull each other around in the basket. Unfortunately Lacie wasn't strong enough to pull Cameron around. So she got the exciting end of the deal!! They laughed and laughed, it was tooo funny!
